    - Minimum monthly income BDT 50,000

  1. What is the annual fee for this card?
    - BDT 5000+VAT

  1. What is the reward point requirement for card annual fee waiver?

  1. How will customer get BDT 2,000 cashback on spending of BDT 20,000 within first two months of card issuance?
    - Customer will use the card and do total spending of BDT 20,000 within 2 months of availing the card. Bank will provide a cashback of BDT 2000 to all the customer who will be eligible within this criterion. Customer will also be notified with an SMS who will receive this cashback.

  1. How will customer get the bonus reward points?
    - After completion of every year, in the following month customer’s card will receive bonus reward points given the criteria has been met.

    - Reward points will be credited on monthly basis.

  1. How will customer be enrolled in the complimentary health package?
    - In the first year, customer will get the package on complimentary basis. She will be enrolled in the package on the following month of her card issuance. 2nd year onwards, package will be complimentary only if her yearly spending is at least BDT 50,000 and above.

  1. How many companions are allowed with customer for complimentary unlimited access in Balaka Lounge?
    - 3 companions
